Our company was founded by experienced private aviation flight attendants who lived the daily challenge of delivering a world-class dining experience within the very real constraints of a private jet. We built the catering company we always wished existed.

The Crew Behind the Concept
Two flight attendants. Different flight paths, different aircraft, different clients - but the exact same frustrations. Ours idea was born somewhere over the Atlantic - between a poorly packaged entrée and an overpriced catering invoice that didn't come close to matching the quality on the plate. After years spent working the cabins of the world's most exclusive private jets, curating VVIP experiences at events, and delivering high-end hospitality in the clouds or on land, our two founders decided -
there has to be a better way.

Our Founders
With a combined wealth of experience spanning private aviation, luxury corporate travel, high-end event production, and VVIP hospitality, our founders have seen it all: the good, the forgettable, and the inexcusably overpriced. They've navigated last-minute passenger requests at 3am, managed dietary restrictions for heads of state, and plated five-star meals on counters the size of a laptop. They know this world intimately, and more importantly, they know exactly what's been missing from it.
Frustrated by a catering industry that consistently delivered inflated prices, clunky ordering systems, and packaging clearly designed by someone who had never set foot inside a galley, they decided to stop complaining and start creating. The result is a company built from the inside out - designed by the people who have lived every pain point, and engineered to eliminate every single one of them.
